Well in fact, the Report from the United Nations Inter-Agency Task Force on Sport for Development and Peace states that young people can benefit from physical activity as it contributes to developing healthy bones, efficient heart and lung function as well as improved motor skills and cognitive function.
People who are involve in sports are also seen to be less tired as compare to people who don’t involve themselves to sports.
So, sports in student life isn’t bad at all, instead it gives you a lot of benefits, physically, mentally and as well as your overall well-being. It can also be a god stepping stone on your way to achieving your goals in life also with the guidance of your parents as well.
